Shipping policy

A team member will be in touch via email within 48hrs of placing your order, to let you know when your products are scheduled for delivery.

We operate on a three-hour delivery window (e.g. your products will be delivered between 8am & 11am on Tuesday 14^th September)

You will get a phone call from our team on the day of your delivery, advising of your delivery time within your scheduled delivery window. 

Please ensure that there is plenty of clear room for our team members to safely carry and place products in your garage. If our team deem it to unsafe to place products into garage, we will place them in front of your garage door.

Important: If no one is home when our team arrives, we will place products in front of your garage door. CabinetSmart does not take responsibility for the products thereafter, products are not weatherproof please note.
